Anthony F. Roberson, PhD

Anthony is dedicated to optimizing human potential within organizations, with a passion for transforming organizations through strategic talent management, impactful leadership development, and the cultivation of truly inclusive workplaces. He received his PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Nebraska – Omaha. His experience spans across multiple sectors, including advising Fortune 500 companies and senior government officials on talent initiatives, and crafting workforce development programs. He has also authored multiple book chapters, including a chapter on leading for innovation during a crisis, showcasing his ability to bring a unique blend of theoretical rigor and practical application.
He leverages a data-driven approach (quantitative and qualitative) to select, assess, develop, and support leaders, ensuring every employee can thrive in a fair and welcoming culture. His work focuses on driving organizational effectiveness through targeted change management, organizational development, and leadership assessment strategies.
Beyond work, Anthony is an avid soccer lover (GGMU). Based in Montclair, New Jersey, he is a bagel afficionado and loves to snowboard, dance to salsa, and invest in the stock market.
